Zadas Taste is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and drive business performance at our cafe and convenience store located in Auburn, NSW.

Key responsibilities

n

Managing the daily operations of Zadas Taste Cafe and EzyMart

n

Determining product ranges, pricing, stock levels and customer service standards

n

Monitoring inventory, conducting stocktakes, controlling wastage and ordering stock

n

Liaising with suppliers regarding product availability, deliveries, pricing and quality

n

Receiving deliveries and ensuring products are correctly stored, labelled and displayed

n

Planning and implementing sales, merchandising, pricing and promotional activities

n

Monitoring customer service standards and resolving customer complaints professionally

n

Managing budgets, sales targets, purchasing costs, labour costs and financial performance

n

Recruiting, training, supervising and managing the performance of employees

n

Ensuring compliance with work health and safety,



food-safety, hygiene and hospital-site requirements

n

About you

n

Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration, Leadership and Management, or a related field

n

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail management or supervisory role

n

Strong leadership and team management skills

n

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

n

Experience in stock control, purchasing, and inventory management

n

Sound understanding of retail business operations and sales performance management

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet business targets
