About the Role

We are seeking a professional and energetic Section Waiter to join our casual team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a premium guest experience within our sophisticated brasserie environment. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in French cuisine while ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced waiter or a fast-learner looking to build a career in a world-class hospitality group.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional presentation.

- A fast learner with a good level of English and a desire to learn about French cuisine.

- Eagerness to grow within a large, diverse hospitality group.

- Must hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
