We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team at the Oxley branch.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret and supply spare parts

- Manage daily parts ordering, receipting, and distribution

- Coordinate spare parts requirements across East Coast locations

- Prepare quotes for parts, labour, freight, and damages

- Organise stock control, including stocktakes and inventory management

- Support workshop teams, managers, and staff with parts requirements

- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

- Provide customer support and parts advice

- Assist with pickups, deliveries, and general parts duties as required

- Ensure compliance with Environmental,



Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role (essential)

- Strong knowledge of spare parts and heavy machinery (preferred)

- Mechanical or earthmoving background highly regarded

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Robust computer skills

- Current manual driver’s licence

- Forklift licence (preferred)

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Flexible, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
