Manage delivery of capital works projects across Adelaide and Parafield Airports.

- Manage the delivery of projects to ensure approved capital works projects achieve quality, program and budget outcomes
- Support the team with guidance on best practice and knowledge share;
- Ensure all building works comply with Airports Act and AAL requirements;
- Understand, work within and contribute to all Company policies and procedures;
- Support the H/O Project Delivery and Directors in developing procurement strategies and portfolio/program management
- Assist in the development of a PMO
- Leading and supporting direct reports through explicit direction and ongoing performance development, including conducting regular 1:1's, annual performance reviews, leave management, and broader employee lifecycle activities aligned to project and team needs
- Other duties and projects as required;
- Embed Customer Service in attitudes and actions;
- Contribute to a safe, healthy and discrimination free workplace;
- Comply with the WHS Responsibility Guidelines;
- Comply with the Environmental Responsibility Procedure;

Qualifications
Essential:





- Diploma or Degree in Project Management discipline (demonstrated experience or other qualifications in similar disciplines will be considered)
- Drivers Licence

Desirable:

- Engineering, Architectural or related disciplines
- MS Project

Experience
Essential:

- Significant experience within the Commercial building / logistics / maintenance industry (or associated)
- Experience in managing budgeting and coordination of projects
- Experience in programming of projects
- Experience in managing design teams, contractors and stakeholders
- Experience in the interpretation and application of regulations and standards
- Experience in the application of standards to building development
- Experience in project reporting
- Experience in managing multiple projects in an operating environment
- Experience in mentoring staff
- Demonstrated ability to take a strategic review of Projects in line with business needs/objectives

Desirable:

- Experience within an airport environment or similar
- Experience in Project Management Offices
- Experience in liaison with a diverse range of stakeholders
