Multisteps' is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join our team in Narangba, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our construction projects. As the HSEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust HSEQ systems and processes across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

n

Developing and updating HSEQ policies, procedures and secure work methods

n

Conducting safety audits, inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards

n

Providing HSEQ training and support to project teams

n

Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions

n

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

n





Maintaining accurate HSEQ records and reporting on key performance indicators

n

Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors to embed a strong HSEQ culture

n

What we're looking for

n

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant HSEQ discipline, such as occupational health and safety or environmental management

n

Minimum 3 years' experience in a HSEQ coordinator or similar role, preferably within the Manufacturing Industry

n

Excellent knowledge of work health and safety and environmental legislation and best practices

n

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

n

Proficient in using HSEQ software and data analysis tools

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for workplace health and safety
