We are looking for a Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our high-performing team across our Keystar Autoworld Dealerships, located at both Morayfield and Rothwell.

You will be mentored by our Finance & Insurance Area Manager and work alongside experienced Business Managers, gaining practical, hands-on experience while completing the Autopact Business Manager Training Program.

You will learn how to:

- Facilitate vehicle loans from enquiry to settlement

- Work alongside the sales team to maximise every opportunity
n
- Build and manage customer leads
n
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
n




- Achieve KPI's for the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products
n
- Navigate finance and insurance compliance with confidence
n
- Develop the skills required to progress into a successful Business Manager
n

Who are we Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and hungry to succeed

You don't need to know everything about automotive finance as we will teach you

n

What matters is your attitude, work ethic and desire to win

What skills will you need?

- Experience in sales, banking, finance or insurance preferred, but not essential
n
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
n
- Confidence building relationships with customers
n
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
n
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right
n
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
n
- The motivation to learn, grow and achieve
n
- On Open Drivers Licence
