Key Responsibilities

- Laying blocks, brickwork, and structural retaining systems
n
- Paving (concrete, stone, large format) with precision and finish quality
n
- Operating power tools and small machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Working autonomously and managing daily tasks without supervision
n
- Delivering high‐quality landscaping outcomes across gardens, turf, drainage, and hardscapes
n
- Leading by example with workmanship, communication,



and site organisation
n

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Solid competency in block laying and paving
n
- Confident with all landscaping power tools and equipment
n
- Solid knowledge of landscaping construction, materials, and site processes
n
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
n
- White Card required
n
- Driver's licence required
n

n

Highly Beneficial

n

n
- Bobcat/skid steer operating experience
n
- MR truck licence
n
- Ability to train or guide junior staff when needed
n
