We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals living with disability, helping them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.

Support Worker – Casual

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
n
- Provide emotional support and companionship
n
- Support clients with community access, appointments, and social activities
n
- Transport participants to appointments, programs, and community activities
n
- Administer medication where required
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
n
- Follow individual support plans and ensure client safety and wellbeing at all times
n

About You

- Caring, patient, and respectful attitude
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n




- Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence are essential due to participant transportation requirements
n
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings (preferred)
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Able to push about 100kg participant
n
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or related field (preferred)
n
- Previous experience in disability support or community care is highly regarded
n
- Drivers license
n
- Vehicle with minimum 3rd party insurance
n
- Medication Administration Certificate
n
