The Opportunity

This is a coordination-focused role supporting the delivery of sponsorships across a national events program.
n Working closely with the Sponsorship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring sponsor deliverables are executed smoothly — acting as the link between internal teams and external partners.
n This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to build a career in events, sponsorship, or partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end sponsorship deliverables across events and campaigns
n
- Act as a key point of contact for sponsors, managing queries and communications
n
- Track and manage contracts,



deliverables, and timelines
n
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
n
- Support reporting, invoicing, and general coordination tasks
n
- Work closely with internal teams across events, marketing, and finance
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in events, coordination, or client-facing support roles
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
n
- High attention to detail, particularly across deliverables and reporting
n
- Exposure to CRM systems (Dynamics highly regarded)
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
