The Prospect
We're seeking experienced Project Engineers and Supervisors to join our growing Pacific Islands team.

These FIFO positions offer the opportunity to work on significant coastal resilience and marine infrastructure projects that help protect some of the world's most vulnerable island nations. You'll be based on projects across locations including Fiji, Tuvalu, and the Solomon Islands, working alongside a highly experienced project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
Project Engineers

- Coordinate construction engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient project delivery
- Assist with project planning, programming, and scheduling
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting, and cost control




- Administer contracts and manage project documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, quality, and environmental requirements
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project

Supervisors

- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
- Lead site crews and subcontractors to achieve programme milestones
- Conduct toolbox talks, site meetings, and weekly reporting
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance
- Build positive working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Mentor and develop site personnel

About You
We're looking for motivated professionals with experience in civil, marine, or earthworks projects who enjoy working in remote environments.
You will have:

- Experience as a Project Engineer, Supervisor, Foreman, or similar
- Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant industry experience
- Experience delivering civil, marine, dredging, or earthworks projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in remote locations (preferred)
- White Card (or equivalent)
- A proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety
