The Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support.
You will work closely with hiring managers to provide practical advice on recruitment policy, equity and contemporary recruitment practices. Through proactive communication and strong stakeholder relationships, you will help deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to strengthen recruitment processes and share your knowledge with colleagues. This role provides an opportunity to influence how Parks Victoria attracts and onboards capable,



values-driven people who contribute to the organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Provide timely and practical advice to hiring managers on recruitment policy, equity and best practice.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and support candidate sourcing activities.
- Build strong and cooperative relationships with leaders and employees across Parks Victoria.
- Deliver proactive communication and a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Coordinate competing priorities and ensure recruitment activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to reporting and compliance requirements.
- Identify recruitment risks, operational issues and opportunities for process improvement.

About You

- You are an organised, collaborative and service-focused recruitment professional who enjoys managing recruitment processes from beginning to end. You communicate confidently, use sound judgement and can balance competing priorities in a complex environment.
- You will bring:
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques and employment legislation.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and organisational skills.




- Experience coordinating work and delivering services in a complex workplace.
- The ability to manage priorities, resources and deadlines.
- A practical and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- The ability to use data and sound judgement to support recruitment decisions.
- A commitment to ethical, transparent, inclusive and compliant recruitment practices.
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
