About the Client

Our client is a specialist property lender providing tailored lending solutions to investors, entrepreneurs and private clients.
They combine private-bank service with the speed and flexibility of a specialist lender.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Growing and managing sophisticated client relationships
- Winning current lending opportunities
- Structuring bespoke property finance solutions
- Working closely with Credit, Operations & Leadership
- Building a high-quality client portfolio

This is a true relationship + origination role with significant autonomy and earning potential.

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years in banking, lending or property finance
- Experience across commercial lending, commercial property finance,



private banking or private credit
- Proven ability to originate & convert new business
- Strong relationships with investors, business owners or sophisticated clients
- Excellent commercial judgement, communication & negotiation skills
- Property finance / commercial lending experience highly regarded.
