About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Stockroom Manager to take ownership of the operational side of a busy Marion store.

You’ll be the person making sure product gets where it needs to be, deliveries are managed efficiently, stock is accurate and the team has what it needs to keep the shop floor running smoothly.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys staying active, thrives on organisation and takes pride in creating efficient systems. You’ll work closely with store leadership and the visual merchandising team, using technology and reporting to help keep stock flowing and operational performance on track.

What you will do
• Take ownership of the daily running and organisation of the stockroom
• Coordinate incoming deliveries, stock movement and replenishment across the store
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure stock processes are followed consistently
• Plan daily priorities to maximise efficiency and support overall store productivity
• Use reporting platforms and data insights to monitor stock and operational performance
• Work closely with Store Management and Visual Merchandising to coordinate stock and floor priorities

coach and guide team members to maintain strong operational standards
• Keep the stockroom clean, safe, structured and easy to navigate
• Ensure the team is prepared to respond quickly during busy trading periods
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, organisation and stock flow

What you will bring
• 2–3 years' experience within stockroom management, retail operations or a similar retail leadership role
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to create structure in a busy environment
• Confidence working with technology, inventory systems and operational reporting
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and find practical solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with store leadership
• Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• High energy and resilience, with a willingness to be hands-on and physically active
• Previous experience in a high-volume fashion or fast-paced retail environment will be highly regarded
