About The Organisation:
SOLO GP Practice Role: The current GP who works out of the medical centre / pharmacy is leaving and the pharmacy wishes to gain a replacement to continue their mutually beneficial relationship.
Garfield is just a short distance from Melbourne along the M1 Freeway, so you won't feel like you're living in a regional town.
There are 2 consultation rooms, which may mean expansion with a strong patient base, with the local population ranging between 2,000 to 2,500 residents.

About Your Role:

- Step into a fully bulk-billed GP practice with high patient demand.
- Take over from a departing doctor, ensuring continuity of care for the community.
- Collaborate with the in office pharmacy for easy patient referrals.
- Work in a supportive environment where administration and bookings are managed by the current doctor’s wife.

Your Desired Skills & Experience:

- Fully qualified GP with a current medical registration.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a primary care setting.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently in a solo practice while providing excellent service.
- A proactive approach to community engagement and healthcare delivery.
