This accredited general practice provides quality health services for the local community, located in Wonthaggi in Gippsland.
They are seeking a General Practitioner to offer consistent treatment to patients in the area.
Located on the picturesque Bass Coast, Wonthaggi is a beautiful former mining town now committed to conservation and preserving their many natural wonders. Wonthaggi has a thriving and active commercial centre, and has other towns in close proximity creating a wonderful sense of community.

About the role:
A typical day of service includes standard consultations, Pre-Employment Medicals, Chronic Disease Management and minor procedures. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, consultations, treatment plans and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
- This practice uses Best Practice computer software

Essential Criteria:

- AHPRA General or Specialist Registration
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting community health and wellbeing
- Experience or interest in rural healthcare
