The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties
- Portfolio capped at 200
- Full end-to-end Property Management
- Supported by dedicated administration and leasing assistance
- No weekend work
- 1 day WFH after probation
- Work within a collaborative and supportive team
- Systems: PropertyMe, IRE & Inspection Express

What’s On Offer

- Up to $85K package, negotiable depending on experience
- No weekends
- 1 day WFH after probation
- Portfolio capped at 200




- Strong admin and leasing support
- 50% of renewal fees paid to you
- $1,500 KPI bonus based on arrears, renewals and routines at the end of each month

About You

- 2+ years’ Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential property management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- A proactive and accountable approach
- The ability to confidently manage a portfolio while working with a support team
