The Risk Officer is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating enterprise-wide risks that may impact the organization’s strategic objectives, operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, information security, and reputation. The role supports the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and promotes a proactive risk-aware culture.
Role Overview
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, IT, cybersecurity, compliance, strategic, and project-related risks.Maintain the corporate risk register and monitor the effectiveness of mitigation plans.Work closely with business units to embed risk management into day-to-day operations and decision-making.Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs) for management and leadership review.
