About the Roles
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents while working collaboratively with care staff, families, GPs and allied health professionals.

Responsibilities may include:

- Providing comprehensive clinical care and assessment
- Medication management and administration
- Wound care and clinical interventions
- Monitoring residents and responding to changes in condition
- Developing and reviewing care plans
- Supporting and mentoring ENs and PCWs
- Liaising with families, GPs and allied health professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Responding appropriately to clinical incidents and emergencies
- Ensuring compliance with relevant aged care standards and policies





What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in RNs who have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous aged care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A reliable, professional and resident-focused approach
- The relevant compliance and right-to-work documentation
- Sponsorship

Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate, depending on the facility, position and individual circumstances.

We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced RNs who are looking to establish themselves in Australia and are open to relocating to a regional South Australian community.
