About You
You'll bring:

- Significant experience in a Technical Director, Principal Engineer or senior engineering leadership role.
- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- CPEng accreditation (or working towards it) will be highly regarded.
- A strong technical background with experience delivering multidisciplinary projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing project performance.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.

About the Role
In this position, you'll:

- Lead the technical delivery of a diverse portfolio of engineering projects.
- Support, mentor and grow a team of experienced engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and review project deliverables.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior leaders to support business growth and project success.
- Drive high standards in safety, quality and project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and encourage innovation across the team.
