We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand or Foreman to oversee construction and upgrade works across projects in Newcastle.

This is a temporary contract for approximately four to five months, with the possibility of ongoing work across additional projects.

The role will involve:

- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and daily site activities
- Overseeing construction and upgrade works
- Conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Monitoring safety, quality and project progress
- Liaising with Site Managers, contractors and clients
- Ensuring works are completed safely and on schedule

To be considered, you will need:

- Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Commercial construction or refurbishment experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive understanding of WHS requirements
- The ability to coordinate multiple trades and priorities
- A current White Card
