Role Overview

- Manage and grow an existing East / South-East Melbourne territory of Occupational Therapists and referral partners, while developing new business.
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists to provide consultative product solutions, from initial assessment through to delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations and in-field consultations, including in-home and in-community visits, generally accompanied by an OT
- Provide product education and recommendations to support NDIS and other funding applications
- Own the full sales process. This is a consultative, relationship-led role.
- You will be well supported locally, with plenty of product availability and customer support to help you do your job successfully.

Skills Required

- Experience working with assistive technology for aged care, disability or a related medical equipment/allied health sales role
- Excellent business acumen and ability to manage an autonomous, self-directed sales territory
- Strong relationship-building skills with Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals
- Positive, can-do attitude with high levels of customer care, empathy and attention to detail
- Comfortable driving a medium-sized van and handling bulky equipment
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
