To be successful you must have the following:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
- Previous experience working away from home
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong understanding of construction programmes, QA and WHS
- Good communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
- A strong eye for detail and quality
- Relevant construction qualifications and/or QBCC Supervisor accreditation
- A current driver's license
