Your Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of WHS, quality and environmental systems across projects
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety walks and audits
- Review SWMS, risk assessments and project documentation
- Provide WHS support and advice to site teams and subcontractors
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and project requirements
- Assist with WHS reporting, documentation and system administration
- Identify potential risks and assist with implementing practical solutions

About You





- Previous experience as a Safety Officer, WHS Officer, WHS Coordinator or Safety Advisor
- Construction experience, ideally within Class 2 residential or commercial projects
- Relevant WHS qualification such as Cert IV WHS or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and construction practices
- Experience with SWMS, risk assessments, inspections and audits
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
