We are currently recruiting for two Human Resources Business Partner roles (HR BP) in Bathurst and Orange.

This regional organisation is looking for interim HR professionals to provide generalist HR support. Based in Orange or Bathurst, with plenty of flexibility to work from home once established, you will enjoy the variety that these roles offer.

Responsible for case management, recruitment, employee relations, induction, employee performance, HR systems and some safety responsibilities, you will find this is a true generalist role. This role works closely with senior stakeholders.

Ideally you are able to start immediately and live in one of the aforementioned locations. This role is offered as a temp assignment to cover a period of leave, with the possibility of extension down the track. Would suit an experienced HR Business Partner, adept at handling a wide variety of employee relations matters and who is a confident communicator. .
