Title: APS 2-3 Production Assistant

Duration: 36 Months

Location: Canberra

Hourly rate APS 2: $40-$43

Hourly rate APS 3: $46-$49

Clearance: National Police check

Our Government Client is seeking an experienced and reliable production worker with strong attention to detail, skilled in accurately packing products, maintaining quality standards, and performing repetitive manual tasks safely and efficiently within a team environment.

Role description APS 2:

Key requirements

- Pack products accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and presentation.
- Perform repetitive manual tasks while maintaining consistent productivity.
- Follow detailed work instructions, quality procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual and repetitive tasks.
- Good hand and eye coordination and dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Key requirements

- Operate specialised equipment used for product inspection, checking, and packing.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and presentation.
- Set up, operate,



and perform basic checks of specialised equipment.
- Complete quality and production records accurately.
- Follow detailed work instructions, quality procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual and repetitive tasks.
- Valuable hand and eye coordination and dexterity.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
