The Opportunity

- Location: Proserpine, QLD
- Facility: Proserpine – Whitsunday
- Position: Registered Nurse
- Contract: 14 September – 25 October 2026
- Roster: As per facility requirements
- Rate: $59.05 – $73.60 per hour base, dependent on applicable experience/level
- Travel & accommodation assistance/allowance available

About the Role:

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced RN who is confident working across a rural hospital environment.

You will be required to work across both:

- Emergency
- Acute Ward

What We're Looking For Essential:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Rural nursing experience
- Emergency nursing experience
- Acute ward experience




- Ability to work confidently across both Emergency and Ward environments

Desirable:

- Previous Queensland Health experience
- Previous Mackay HHS experience
- Experience working in Australian rural or regional hospitals
- ieMR experience
- FirstNet experience
- PowerChart experience
- HBCIS experience
