As the top salesperson & leader in this store, you'll be confident to demonstrate your ability work with an exclusive clientele, showcasing the finest in luxury furnishings and interior accessories. Your impeccable taste, personal presentation and exceptional drive to meet sales targets will make you the perfect fit for this role. You will have a passion for working to targets, KPI's and commission goals, and be able to give clear examples of consultative and challenging sales where you have used skill and negotiation to close the sale, and develop your team to do the same.

- A love of creating customer experiences!
- Extensive experience in Sales / Sales Management!
- Ability to train and elevate the skills of your team...
- Proven background chasing results and being rewarded with commissions!
- Ability to form relationships quickly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail, both in styling and administration management

- Availability to work EVERY WEEKEND!
