If you're an experienced Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to drive volume, protect gross and build a high-performing team, Nova Ford Caboolture wants to talk to you.

We're looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager to take responsibility for our New Vehicle Sales operation, leading a team of three Sales Consultants and targeting a consistent 50-60 deliveries per month.

Automotive Sales Manager experience is essential. Ford experience will be highly regarded.

This prospect will particularly suit a strong performer who may currently be working within a larger Brisbane dealer group and is ready for greater autonomy, influence and the opportunity to genuinely shape a dealership.

Yes, the numbers matter - volume, gross, finance penetration, aftermarket, stock turn,



lead conversion and CSI. But we also want a leader who understands that the best dealerships win because Sales, Finance, Service, Parts and Administration operate as one team.
