Precast Concrete Labourers | Casual | Dry Creek

We are seeking 6 reliable and physically fit Precast Concrete Labourers for casual on-going assignment with leading precast manufacturers. These roles are best suited to candidates who are dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working in physically demanding industrial environments.

About the Role

- Assisting with the manufacture and production of precast concrete products
- Preparing moulds and formwork for concrete pours
- Stripping moulds and demoulding finished concrete products
- Finishing, patching and quality checking concrete products
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- General factory housekeeping and labouring duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

This is a hands-on role requiring repetitive lifting, manual handling and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Times

Monday – Friday – 7am to 5pm (OT Each Day)

Pay Rate

$33 – $35 per hour + Super (dependent on experience, skills and assignment)

To Be Considered You Must Have

- Previous experience in precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, construction labouring or a similar heavy industrial environment
- Ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling and lift up to 25kg
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability (consistent attendance is essential)
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment




- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Availability for Monday – Friday day shifts, with potential overtime opportunities
- Reliable transport
- Willingness to complete Drug & Alcohol screening, Reference and Criminal History checks

Forklift (LF) is advantageous but not essential.
