About the opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the future of People & Culture technology, data and AI capability. Critical to the HCM Simplification and Discovery program, you'll lead HCM data strategy, delivery governance and stakeholder engagement across People Technology initiatives, helping de-risk future HCM technology decisions and build the foundations required for responsible AI adoption. Working with senior leaders across the business, you'll drive People Systems, AI and Data (PSAID) governance, uplift platform and data maturity, and deliver a simplified, more connected experience for employees and leaders.

You'll also

- Lead delivery assurance across the People Technology and HCM roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, sequenced and delivered against strategic business outcomes.
- Establish and drive governance frameworks, operating rhythms and delivery cadences, including quarterly planning, sprint cycles and stakeholder decision-making forums.
- Champion the adoption of the People Systems Standard (PSS), uplifting platform, data and governance maturity across key people systems.
- Partner with Program Leads, Product Owners, Business Owners and strategic vendors to manage dependencies,



risks and delivery outcomes across a complex portfolio.
- Enable responsible AI adoption by strengthening platform governance, data quality and compliance practices, ensuring technology foundations are fit for future innovation.

About you

You're a strategic and collaborative leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing people together to achieve meaningful outcomes. With a robust focus on governance, delivery excellence and continuous improvement, you're confident influencing senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and driving change. You balance big-picture thinking with practical execution and are passionate about leveraging technology, data and AI to create better experiences for employees and leaders.

You'll also have

- Significant experience leading enterprise People & Culture, HR systems or People Technology programs, with a strong track record delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR technology platforms, people systems governance, data management and vendor partnership management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across People & Culture, technology and business teams.




- Experience working in agile delivery environments, including program governance, prioritisation, planning and delivery assurance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, with certifications in agile delivery, program management or vendor management highly regarded.
