An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a well-established Wills, Estates & Succession Planning team with a strong reputation in the market. This role offers high-quality estate planning, succession and dispute resolution work, along with genuine opportunities for professional development and career growth.

About the Firm
This established specialist law firm offers a collaborative setting where lawyers work closely across multiple practice areas and are supported to develop their expertise and build long-term careers.

The Role

- Advise clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, business and personal succession strategies, including drafting complex testamentary trust wills and related estate planning documents.
- Manage estate litigation and dispute resolution matters, including preparing legal documents, conducting research and liaising with barristers and experts where required.
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultations, legal advice and the mentoring and supervision of junior team members.





About You

- You will ideally have at least 5 years' post-admission experience, or demonstrated capability operating at a comparable level.
- You will have experience or a strong interest in wills, estates, trusts, succession planning and estate disputes.
- You will possess strong technical drafting, client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
