We are working with a well-established engineering company based in Palmerston North looking to add an experienced Tradesperson to their team. Ideally, you will be a trade-qualified Fabricator Welder or Fitter/Turner, with strong practical skills and a solid work ethic.
This is a excellent opportunity to join a supportive workshop team with consistent hours and a competitive pay rate.

Key Responsibilities:

- General engineering and fabrication work
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Assembly, fitting, and fabrication of components
- Workshop-based work with occasional in office tasks
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety

What We’re Looking For:

- Trade qualification in Heavy Fabrication, Fitting & Turning, or similar
- Heavy Transport Engineering background would an advantage




- Experience in a general engineering or fabrication workshop
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
