About the role

The position is primarily responsible forproviding the delivery of security services across a portfolio of clients in SA. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a senior leadership role with accountability for service delivery, client relationships, workforce performance, safety, compliance, profitability and growth. You will lead through a strong management team, maintain visible presence with clients and employees and translate contractual commitments into consistent, commercially sound operational outcomes.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of security services across client sites.

- Ensure contractual service levels, customer expectations and operational standards are consistently achieved.

- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, resolve issues and continuously improve service delivery.

- Develop and maintain a strong leadership team by providing guidance, coaching and professional development to frontline employees.

- Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing portfolio





- Support new customer acquisitions, and contribute to proposals, quotations and tender submissions

- Champion health, safety, wellbeing and environmental performance through proactive risk management

- Ensure compliance with security licensing, contractual obligations, relevant Award requirements and Company policies

Skills & experience

- Previous experience in security or a comparable labour intensive service workplace.

- Extensive experience managing a large workforce.

- Proven experience in dealing with client contracts, service delivery, financial performance and operational risk

- Business development capability with experience in identifying growth opportunities, contributing to proposals, quotations and tenders.

- Highly developed communication, negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills.

- Relevant qualifications in leadership management and/or business management

- A current SA driver's licence

- Australian Citizen with a NV1 clearance (or willing to obtain)
