This is an opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor or a Senior Paralegal who wants to build a career and accelerated development. Your new role
You will work closely with experienced lawyers and gain hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of matters, from initial client advice through to resolution. The role will suit someone who is curious, commercially minded and eager to build a broad legal skill set, with the opportunity to work across commercial, property, construction and disputes matters.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with and managing commercial, property and construction disputes.
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, contracts and other legal documentation.
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal advice.
- Assisting with mediations, negotiations and court proceedings.
- Liaising directly with clients, barristers, experts and other stakeholders.
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters, litigation and dispute resolution strategies.
- Taking ownership of tasks and matters while working collaboratively with the broader team.

About You





- Admission as a solicitor in NSW and a current practising certificate, or in the process of obtaining one.
- Some experience in commercial litigation, property, construction or dispute resolution is advantageous.
- Strong academic ability and a genuine interest in developing your legal knowledge.
- Must have a hunger for learning and being agile across various areas of law.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- A commercially minded approach and genuine interest in understanding clients and their businesses.
