About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis with an immediate start. In this role, you will take the lead in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, overseeing every stage of the project lifecycle. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

About you

- Over 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar leadership role in the construction or commercial space
- Comfortable running projects from kick-off to completion, including coordinating subcontractors and different trades
- Solid understanding of construction methods,



materials, and relevant building regulations
- Solid problem‑solver who can think on their feet and come up with practical, workable solutions
- Proven ability to keep sites safe, compliant, and up to a high standard of quality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the construction team
