We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid media across Accent Group's growing portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded performance marketer who knows how to turn brand and trading priorities into high-performing, full-funnel media strategies.

You'll lead paid media in-house, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and long-term brand performance, while working closely with teams across Brand, eCommerce, CRM, Creative, Merchandise and Planning.

What you'll do

- Own paid media strategy and channel plans across a portfolio of brands
- Manage campaigns end-to-end — from planning and campaign builds through to optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis
- Lead activity across Paid Social, Paid Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, Display, Affiliate and emerging channels
- Translate trading calendars, product launches and brand campaigns into integrated full-funnel media strategies
- Own media budgets, forecasting and investment decisions to maximise profitable growth
- Optimise performance across key commercial and customer metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, revenue and new customer growth
- Partner with Brand, eCommerce,



CRM and Creative teams to ensure media and creative are working together to deliver results
- Build a strong test-and-learn approach across audiences, creative, channels, bidding and customer journeys
- Own paid media reporting, turning data into clear insights, actions and recommendations
- Stay ahead of platform changes, new technology and emerging digital opportunities

What we're looking for

You'll bring 5+ years' experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, lifestyle or a multi-brand eCommerce environment.

You're:

- A hands-on paid media expert with strong experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Commercially minded and confident managing significant media budgets
- Highly analytical, with strong knowledge of GA4, attribution, tracking and performance reporting
- Experienced in driving profitable customer acquisition and eCommerce growth
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving trading environment
- Curious, data-driven and always looking for opportunities to improve performance
- A strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and turn complex data into clear actions
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership
- Experience with product feeds, pixels, conversion APIs, Shopify and reporting or visualisation tools will be highly regarded.
