The Opportunity

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centred care that supports residents' physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs, enabling them to maintain their wellbeing and independence for as long as possible.

Working closely with Registered Nurses, care staff and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive clinical outcomes while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

About Aeralife The Manor

Key Responsibilities

You will:

- Provide high-quality resident-centred care in accordance with individual preferences and care needs
- Administer and accurately document medications and prescribed treatments
- Deliver comprehensive, secure and evidence-based nursing care to achieve identified health outcomes
- Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in consultation with residents and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate, complete and timely clinical documentation using electronic care management systems
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, colleagues and external healthcare professionals
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans
- Support residents with behaviours of concern through tailored management strategies and collaborative care approaches
- Contribute to a positive,



respectful and inclusive care environment that promotes dignity, choice and independence

About You

You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in making a genuine difference every day. You enjoy working in a team-focused environment and are committed to delivering exceptional care aligned with best practice standards.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and relevant nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status (highly recommended)
- Full Australian working rights
