Key responsibilities include typing, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, filing and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have 2-10+ years personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience [preferably with some workers compensation and/or CTP experience];
- have solid Microsoft Word and an accurate typing speed of minimum 50+wpm;
- are a ‘CAREER’ paralegal/secretary OR if a law student NOT looking to become a lawyer for at least 3+ years;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized, proactive +can meet deadlines;
- love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
- are hungry to progress your career with a reputable firm long-term.
