WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology, digital, data and business change projects, from discovery through to implementation, adoption and handover.
- Partnering with business leaders, technical specialists and vendors to translate ideas into practical, well-governed solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Roll up your sleeves when needed, wearing both the Project Manager and Business Analyst hats to keep projects moving and stakeholders engaged.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll be someone who can confidently say "I've done this before." Ideally you'll bring:

- Proven experience delivering medium to large technology or business transformation projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
- Strong business analysis capability,



including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder facilitation.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams across applications, integrations, data and cybersecurity initiatives in an MS 365 workplace.
- Demonstrated skills influencing, negotiating and communicating with C- level executives.
- Visa sponsorship can't be considered for this role. You MUST have full working rights and be willing and able to live/work in Alice Springs.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

In addition to a generous salary up to $120k you will also receive:

- Tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900 per year for general living expenses plus $2,650 for meal entertainment benefits.

- District & remote living allowance: approx $3,910 single rate or $7,170 with dependents.
- 5 weeks annual leave with paid Christmas / New Year shutdown (bonus leave!)
- Airfare allowance with relocation assistance, if moving interstate
- Heavily subsidised fully furnished accommodation.
