About the role:
Working closely with senior Partners, you will advise and represent clients across a broad range of commercial disputes and insolvency matters, including:
- Corporate and contractual disputes.
- Shareholder and joint venture disputes.
- Restructuring and insolvency litigation.
- Receiverships, administrations, liquidations and bankruptcy matters.
- Banking, finance and enforcement disputes.
- Property-related disputes.
The ideal candidate:
- 2-4years’ PQE gained within a reputable commercial litigation, insolvency or a related disputes practice.
- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills;
- A commercially minded and practical approach to dispute resolution;
- Strong communication and client management skills; and
- A genuine interest in developing your career within a leading disputes and insolvency practice.
