We are seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) and Educators for full-time and part-time positions in funded 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten programs.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher or Educator, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality early learning experiences that support children to learn, grow and thrive. You will:
- Deliver and support engaging, play-based kindergarten programs
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to program planning, documentation and assessment
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively within a professional and inclusive teaching team
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards
Relocation Incentives Available
Eligible positions attract incentives through the Victorian Government’s 2026-27 funded Kindergarten Workforce Program, with relocation support ranging from $9,000 to $67,000 depending on the role and location.

About You
Early Childhood Teacher Applicants
- Bachelor Degree (or higher qualification) in Early Childhood Education
- Experience delivering high-quality kindergarten programs
- Strong knowledge of pedagogy, planning, assessment and documentation
Educator Applicants
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience supporting early learning programs
- Passion for creating protected, engaging and inclusive learning environments
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have full Australian working rights
- Hold a recognised Early Childhood qualification
- Obtain ACECQA assessment/recognition for your qualification if received in NZ
- Be willing to relocate and work in regional Victoria, Australia
Successful candidates will be required to obtain:
- A Victorian Working with Children Check
- A satisfactory National Criminal History Check
