About the Role
As a Permanent Placement Consultant, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements within your specialist vertical or territory.
You'll become a trusted expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service while driving revenue and growing your desk.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and generate job orders
- Source, assess and manage top-tier candidates
- Present your most placeable candidates to employers
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to successful placement
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence
What You Bring
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience or 3+ years of B2C sales experience
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A results-driven mindset and high sense of urgency
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- A genuine passion for recruitment, sales and helping people succeed

Remuneration
$55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
