We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Retail Buyer to join our procurement team and support the sourcing of high-quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, and other retail/restaurant requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends, product availability, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Analyse sales and purchasing data to determine demand and optimize inventory levels.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in buying, procurement, sourcing, or category management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
