A venue in a beautiful, location needs an enthusiastic Chef to assist in their established kitchen and strive to create quality food.

About the role:

- Working within a small team providing quality food for lunch and dinner services of around 150-200 covers.
- The opportunity to take on extra responsibilities to further your repertoire and experience in the kitchen.

You’ll work alongside the Head chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant Venue, which serves bistro style food plus full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the chance to work within an excellent team.

About you

If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:

- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality




- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
