At Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport, we are seeking an energetic and detail-focused Public Area Attendant to join our friendly and professional in-house Housekeeping team.

In this role, you’ll help ensure our hotel’s public areas are presented to the highest standard, creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest.

What you’ll do:

- Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, corridors, lifts, restaurants and other guest areas
- Ensure public spaces are consistently clean, tidy and presented to Crowne Plaza brand standards
- Vacuum, mop, dust and polish surfaces as required
- Clean and maintain public bathrooms
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies as required
- Report maintenance issues, hazards or damaged items promptly
- Assist with deep cleaning and other Housekeeping tasks as required
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and helpful manner
- Maintain a clean and organised work area and equipment

What we’re looking for:

- Previous Housekeeping experience in a full service hotel preferred
- A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Great communication style,



making guests feel at ease
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- The role requires good physical fitness, as you will be on your feet for most of the day and need to bend and kneel frequently
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Must have full working rights for Australia
