Senior Property Manager | Inner North | $85K + Super + Commissions

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a well-structured and growing residential property management team in Melbourne's inner north.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio capped at 175 properties, with strong administrative and leasing support, flexible working arrangements and an attractive commission structure.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing a residential portfolio of up to 175 properties
• Managing all aspects of end-to-end Property Management
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinating leasing, maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
• Managing compliance and general portfolio administration
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM activity




• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
• Working closely with administration and leasing support

What We're Looking For:
• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Strong end-to-end Property Management knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with robust attention to detail
• Confident managing a portfolio independently
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively within a supportive team environment
