An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Projects Manager to join our College community in a fixed term leave replacement position, commencing September 2026 (or by negotiation) and concluding in February 2028. The role may be undertaken on a full-time or part time basis (0.90 FTE).
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be an integral member of the College’s Finance team. You will improve budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare financial analysis and reporting, support governance and compliance activities, and contribute to the implementation of new systems and processes.
To be successful in this opportunity you will require:
- An accounting degree and CA or CPA qualification (preferred)
- Recent project management experience and strong financial modelling skills
- Working knowledge of finance functions, including budgeting, billings, procurement and payroll
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with Synergetic, OneStop and TryBooking will be highly regarded
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- A highly organised, process-oriented approach, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and autonomy
- A current Working with Children Check
