Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of accountants across a diverse range of client engagements

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic business and tax advice

- Oversee and review compliance work, ensuring high standards and technical accuracy

- Drive operational efficiency and contribute to internal process improvements





- Play an integral role in business development and client acquisition activities

- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development

- Work closely with the Directors on firm strategy, growth initiatives, and succession planning

About You

- CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years of experience in public practice accounting

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic advice

- Strong technical skills across accounting, tax, and business advisory

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities

- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in contributing to business growth

- Looking for a long-term leadership opportunity with equity potential
