We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counterhand / Sales to join our team at Tom's Meat Market in Midland, Western Australia. This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have
- Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions accurately
- Stocking and maintaining the display cases to ensure products are presented in an appealing and organised manner
- Assisting with general store operations, such as cleaning and food preparatio
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
