Paramedic Interns are part of a team of dedicated professionals providing rapid response, emergency medical assessment, treatment, care and transportation of patients within the out of hospital workplace.
SA Ambulance Service supports paramedic interns to develop knowledge and confidence in the application of current clinical practice guidelines to achieve positive outcomes in line with best practices and techniques. There are opportunities for both personal and professional growth by participating in a structured educational program as well as on-the-job clinical support and leadership. On-road mentorship and direct access to team leaders and managers enable our interns to successfully undertake intensive operational and clinical training.
